Create a Ticket

Q: How do I create a ticket?

A: After logging on to, select “Submit Ticket” (Fig 4).
    Select the appropriate category for the ticket (Fig 5)
    Enter the description of the issue (Fig 6) after which you will receive a confirmation email with the ticket details including a Ticket ID which can be used   totrack the progress of your issue.
